When he said he be 7.30 in the morning we did not believe him but true to his word, he and his associates were here on time and worked amazing pace we were very pleased to find that he tackles one project at a time. So we never left wondering when he would next arrive (an experience with a previous builder)The work that Dave done was to a high standard. He is always willing to adapt to your ideas as the project progresses.
Following this work. We decided to renovate the front drive. Dave helped us with a design and completed the work on time and to our complete satisfaction.

Dave Watson was originally recommended to us by a canewdon builder who was no longer able to take on large building projects but has worked with Dave previously.
From our initial contact with Dave, we were impressed by his attention to detail. He arrived on schedule to commence the work, worked hard throughout, always arriving early and finished late to get a particular section finished. The project finished ahead of schedule.
He ensured that minimal disruption was caused to the rest of the house during this time.
The site was always left safe, secure and tidy throughout and no completion of the building work all debris was removed attention was paid to avoiding any convenience for neighbours, some of whom have subsequently sought Dave’s phone number with the view to having building work done. Dave kept us informed throughout regarding the progress of the work. Was easily contactable and any queries we had were dealt with promptly.
We were very pleased with the finished building work and have no hesitation in recommending Watson building; following our recommendation Dave has under took building work at Southwell House Surgery, again to the satisfaction of the practice.
